We coordinate everything!

We work with skilled craftsmen in many disciplines that will turn your vision into a plan. We offer design services or can work with your interior designer throughout the selection process. We manage demolition, content removal or content storage as needed. We manage the permitting process for you and are experienced in the unique logistics that condominium renovation presents. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and safe job site as well as working closely with your Community Management to meet their individual requirements. Finally, we utilize skilled craftsmen to take your vision and make it a reality.

The Owners

Eric Weesner, Principal

As a Florida native, Eric has lived throughout Florida and has resided in Naples since 2013. Eric has a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a MBA from the University of South Florida. Eric has been a licensed Florida Building Contractor since 2001. Since 1994, he has worked in Construction, Operations and Strategic Sourcing for US, Canadian and UK based Fortune 500 companies: Taylor-Morrison Homes, Direct Energy, Centrica PLC, Mattamy Homes and Pulte Group. Recently Eric spearheaded the newly formed Disaster Recovery Effort for Habitat for Humanity following Hurricane Irma. As Principal, Eric takes a hands-on approach to Project Management, meeting with all our Clients and personally overseeing all aspects of the design and field construction process. His attention to detail and high standards insure that Key Construction delivers quality craftsmanship, on time and on budget.

Lisa Weesner, Managing Member

While Lisa was born in New York, she has lived her adult life in Florida and has resided in Naples since 2013. Lisa has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Lisa has worked in the Corporate Offices of Barnes & Noble Bookstores and as an Event Coordinator for numerous Charitable Organizations. As Managing Member, Lisa manages communications, marketing and the day to day operations of Key Construction Services LLC. Lisa is also instrumental to the design process, coordinating interior finish selections and insuring quality customer service to our Clients.

In their spare time, Eric and Lisa like to travel, ski, bike, hike and kayak. Eric is a history buff and SECC college football fan. Lisa is a hobby-photographer and supports Eric in his football fandom. Go Gators!
